Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we send you your order.
For all payment orders to another bank (different bank from the one you deposit with us), in Euro or Foreign Exchange, the costs are borne by the Customer.
- Use a credit card:
In this case you pay with your credit card. All cards are accepted.
Credit card details are not stored in our company's storage media during the transaction but are registered directly in a secure environment of the cooperating online payment service that has undertaken the routing of the cards (we cooperate with Viva wallet).
If you trade as a consumer, you can withdraw from the Contract within 30 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires after the expiration of 30 calendar days from the day the electronic order of the product is made and its shipment is confirmed. In order to return products, a withdrawal statement must be made in writing either at the postal address of our company (E.KANELLOPOULOS-N.POULOPOULOS K SIA OE, Christou Lada 9, 10561 Athens) or at our e-mail address , or with your personal delivery of the returned products to our physical store before the withdrawal deadline.
In case of product return, we will return to you without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the product was returned, all payments we have received from you. The return will be made with the same payment method you used for the original transaction. The return of the item is accepted, only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged to the COMPANY for the shipment of the product to him and the shipping costs for its return. Subject to the above, however, we can withhold the return either until we receive all the products back or until we receive evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.
You may not withdraw from the Contract when the object of any of the following products is:
- Products tailored to customer needs.
- Sealed products, which are not suitable for return for health reasons, and which were opened after delivery.
Your right to withdraw from the Contract applies only to products that are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them. No amount will be refunded if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may accompany the products. In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery.
